SILVER BEACH INDUSTRIAL PARK

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL

A recently completed industrial development consisting of four Class A warehouses totaling 371,949 SF. The site has 850’ of frontage on Silver Beach Road and provides excellent access to I-95 and Congress Avenue where new retail developments were recently completed, and additional commercial developments are underway. Tenant built-to-suit options are available anywhere from 8,670 SF to 380,000 SF to allow for a wide variety of tenants satisfying the local markets high demand.
